Immigration : un homo marocain en couple avec un Français menacé d'expulsion

Un homosexuel marocain, installé en France depuis janvier 2003 et vivant avec son compagnon français, comparaît aujourd'hui devant le tribunal administratif de Melun après son interpellation par la police, le 20 février dernier.
Placé en centre de rétention administrative, il est menacé de renvoi dans son pays d'origine si son recours n'est pas accepté par la justice.
L'Ardhis (Association pour la Reconnaissance des Droits des personnes Homosexuelles et transsexuelles à l’Immigration et au Séjour), qui suit cette affaire, appelle à une manifestation de soutien devant le tribunal administratif de Melun.

A Gay Moroccan living in France since January 2003 and living with her French, appeared today before the Administrative Court of Melun after his arrest by police on 20 February.
