Droit d'asile : mobilisation contre contre l'expulsion d'un homosexuel égyptien

Plusieurs organisations LGBT, associées au Réseau éducation sans frontières, se mobilisent contre l'expulsion d'un jeune demandeur d'asile homosexuel égyptien.

L'Association pour la reconnaissance des droits des personnes homosexuelles et transsexuelles à l'immigration et au séjour (Ardhis#, le Réseau éducation sans frontières #RESF# et l'association de Noirs et métis LGBT Tjenbé Rèd se mobilisent contre l'expulsion de Saad, demandeur d'asile homosexuel égyptien en raison des risques qu'il encourt dans son pays eu égard à son orientation sexuelle.

Saad a déposé un recours devant la Cour Nationale du Droit d'Asile #CNDA) début janvier 2009 et attend sa convocation devant la Cour depuis cette date.
Arrêté à Paris, puis placé en rétention depuis le 29 janvier, il risque à tout moment l'expulsion malgré l'appel formé par son avocat devant la Cour administrative d'appel de Paris.

Selon l'Ardhis et RESF, son maintien en rétention présente "des risques gravissimes d'atteinte à son intégrité psychique et physique".
"Il a un besoin urgent de protection et de soins ici en France. Le renvoyer en Egypte est l'exposer une déchéance et une mort certaines", affirment les associations.

Depuis deux jours, Saad retenu au Mesnil-Amelot en Seine-et-Marne, a entamé une grève de la faim. "Je ne veux pas juste être libéré et que mon calvaire continue comme avant, livré à nouveau à une condition de sans droit. Cette fois, je veux être protégé et pouvoir vivre dignement", réclame le réfugié."

L'Ardhis, RESF et Tjenbé Rèd appellent à sa "libération immédiate" et à sa "régularisation".
